What is the Orbit App?
Orbit is a mobile application designed to facilitate seamless booking and management of Umrah and Ziyarat tours, providing users with easy access to pilgrimage-related services and information.
Is the booking process secure?
Yes, the booking process through the Orbit App is secure. We prioritize the safety and confidentiality of your personal and financial information, implementing advanced security measures to protect your data.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
On confirmed bookings, a cancellation fee of 5% of the paid amount will apply and cancellations of "In-Process" bookings will incur a cancellation charge of 30% + any incured charges including visa fees and others. Refunds are processed instantly and amount is credited to your OrbitPay (In-App Wallet System), you can use your amount right away to book any other service offered on the app.
What services can I access through the Orbit App?
The app allows you to browse and book Umrah Ziyarat tours, track your application status, access itinerary details, receive real-time updates, and avail exclusive offers and promotions.
What payment methods are accepted on the Orbit App?
The app accepts various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and Unionpay for secure transactions. Additionally, payments can be made at the counters of major banks in Pakistan or through mobile banking apps and ATMs.
