Trademark Notice

Karwan e Mehdi is the registered proprietor of various sets of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) associated with the name/mark “Karwan e Mehdi.” These IPRs include trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and domain names, duly registered under Pakistan’s Trademark Ordinance. These rights are actively utilized by Karwan e Mehdi, either individually or in combination with other elements such as words, logos, and symbols, for its benefit.

The Karwan e Mehdi emblem, signature, and icon, along with logos of, its sub-divisions, institutions, and associations, are protected. We hereby notify that the use of any of the above-mentioned Intellectual Property Rights, in any form, is strictly prohibited without prior written approval and confirmation from Karwan e Mehdi official authorities. This restriction applies to all forms of communication, including print, electronic, digital, and social media.

Furthermore, we caution the public to refrain from engaging in transactions, contracts, or deals with any online platforms, social media accounts, groups, pages, or individuals/entities claiming an association with Karwan e Mehdi without first verifying their authenticity directly with Karwan e Mehdi.

Any unauthorized use of our IPRs, including trademarks, copyrights, service marks, and domain names, will be considered a violation and an infringement of Karwan e Mehdi’s rights. In such cases, Karwan e Mehdi reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including criminal proceedings, as permitted by law. This notice is issued in the best interest of the public to protect Karwan e Mehdi’s rights and maintain the integrity of its intellectual property.
